We offer two innovative programs for our graduate
students as "attractive education in graduate schools" to enrich
their educational and research experience. |

The second year students of the Master's
course and the first and second year students of the doctoral course
can take the 'DEGEIKO' as an elective. If we compare our students
to sumo wrestlers , their school laboratories are just like the
stables of the wrestlers. Those who proceed to the doctoral course
can do research according to their interest for two or three months
at other school laboratories before coming back to their home ground.
Each faculty member offers each 'DEGEIKO' package, and publicly
explains its content. By taking the 'DEGEIKO', students can acquire
practical skills and know-how of various fields that are difficult
to obtain in a classroom setting. |

It is impossible to acquire skills without
basic knowledge. In the Master's course, students will focus on
acquiring basic cross-disciplinary knowledge. They will develop
their research skills and techniques through the Researcher Literacy
course: a preparatory course for future researchers and technicians
to develop necessary skills. |
 |
- To develop human resources who have broad and multidimensional
views
- To develop challengers who are not afraid of unknowns and eager
to cross barriers among different disciplines
- To develop human resources who can recognize latent problems and
solve them

In Team Management, Business Administration and Management (Marketing & Leadership), Communication, we teach our students
communicative skills by emphasizing the value of 'Noblesse Oblige'
and the importance of "knowledge, practice and communication".
We expect our students to acquire communication skills and team
work skills when they put to use what they have learned at the highest
institution of learning. |
