参加の同意は、実験のあとでも、いつでも撤回できます。撤回によって不利益が生じることはなく、理由を書く必要もありません。まだ解析に使っていないデータを削除し、削除したことをお知らせします（公開済みの完全匿名化データと、発表済みの集計結果は、個人が特定できないため削除できません）。You can withdraw your consent at any time, even after the session, without any disadvantage and without giving a reason. We delete any data not yet analysed and let you know when it is done (fully anonymised data already published and aggregated results already presented cannot be removed, because they no longer identify anyone).

ほかの人があなたの名前で撤回を申し出ることのないよう、撤回はメールやフォームだけでは完了しません。次の順で手続きします。To make sure nobody else can withdraw in your name, a withdrawal is not completed by email or the form alone. The steps are:

1. 下のフォームかメールで、研究責任者にお申し出ください。Tell the principal investigator, using the form below or by email.
2. 応募のときに使ったメールアドレスに確認のメールを送ります。お電話してよい時間帯を書いて返信してください。We send a confirmation email to the address you used to sign up. Reply with times when we may call you.
3. 研究責任者が研究室の電話（050-1738-0169）からおかけし、参加した実験や日にちなどをお聞きして、ご本人であることを確かめます。The principal investigator calls you from the lab phone (+81-50-1738-0169) and asks about the study and when you took part, to confirm it is you.
4. まだ解析に使っていないデータを削除し、削除したことをお知らせします。We delete any data not yet analysed and let you know when it is done.

応募のときのアドレスが使えない場合や、電話でのやりとりが難しい場合（聴覚の事情、海外にいるなど）は、その旨をお知らせください。実験の日に撮影した「同意撤回用コード」や、来室などで確認します。If that address no longer works, or a phone call is difficult for you (for example, hearing reasons or being abroad), let us know and we will confirm another way — for example with the withdrawal code you photographed on the day or in person.
