On June 20th, a paper authored by the center members, Prof. Nomura and Prof. Morie entitled Robustness of Spiking Neural Networks based on Time-To-First-Spike Encoding against Adversarial Attacks was published in an academic journal, IEEE Transactions on Circuits and Systems II: Express Briefs.
